PreCollatio is a private board portal built to organize, store, and surface the materials that matter most before decisions are made. From board decks to site review packages to approval documentation, PreCollatio brings everything into one structured, secure place — organized by year, location, and concept type.
Why It Was Built
Growing restaurant and hospitality brands face a specific organizational challenge that generic tools don't solve: board-level materials accumulate across markets, concepts, and years — scattered across email threads, shared drives, and inboxes. By the time a decision needs to be made, finding the right deck from the right location at the right time becomes its own project.
PreCollatio was created to solve exactly that.
