What Is PreCollatio?
PreCollatio is a private board portal built to organize, store, and surface the materials that matter most before decisions are made. From board decks to site review packages to approval documentation, PreCollatio brings everything into one structured, secure place — organized by year, location, and concept type.
Why It Was Built
Growing restaurant and hospitality brands face a specific organizational challenge that generic tools don't solve: board-level materials accumulate across markets, concepts, and years — scattered across email threads, shared drives, and inboxes. By the time a decision needs to be made, finding the right deck from the right location at the right time becomes its own project.
PreCollatio was created to solve exactly that. Built initially to support the governance needs of a multi-concept, multi-state hospitality group, it was designed around the real workflow of how site reviews get approved, how board decks get presented, and how leadership teams need to reference historical materials quickly and confidently.
